Peanut butter banana blueberry baked oatmeal bowl


Who doesn't love fruit, oatmeal AND peanut butter? This recipe almost tasted like banana bread, maybe even a little better. Let's get to the recipe...

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/3 cup plant based 'milk'
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1-2 Tbs natural peanut butter
 Directions:
In a  bowl, mix together mashed banana, cinnamon, oats, and plant based milk.
Transfer to an oven safe dish, add blueberries on top, and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
Turn on your broiler and cook until it becomes a little more firm and slightly browned on the top.
Remove from oven and add peanut butter on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before eating because it comes out of the oven very hot.
